1. Can I share the Workflow Bundle contents with my team?
Each Workflow Bundle purchase is for one advisor license.
The materials may be used in your own business and shared with your clients, but they may not be shared, copied, or redistributed to other advisors, even those on your team.

2. Are updates included?
Yes. Updates are included, and how they’re handled depends on which version of the Canva guide you’re using.
Customizable Version:
This version is fully editable and branded to your business. When changes occur, we provide a clear list of updates so you can easily apply them to your existing guide—without needing to pull a brand-new template and start over. We also keep the main template link updated for reference.
Ultimate Park Planners–Branded Version:
This version is not editable, but we handle all updates for you. It includes an Ultimate Park Planners watermark on each page and is designed to be shared directly with clients as-is. Many advisors position this as a professionally curated resource they use as part of their planning process.
3. Do you offer a version I don't have to manually update?
Yes. We offer an Ultimate Park Planners branded version that does not require manual updates.
This version is not editable, but we handle all updates for you as changes occur. It includes an Ultimate Park Planners watermark on each page and is designed to be shared directly with clients as a professionally maintained planning resource.
4. Is there a community or Facebook group included with the purchase of a Workflow Bundle?
No. Workflow Bundles are designed to be used on their own.
Our advisor community, ongoing support, and live trainings are offered through the UPP Monthly Membership, hosted on Mighty Networks.
5. Will you be adding other theme park destinations in the future?
Yes. We anticipate adding more theme park destinations over time.
Each destination will be offered as its own Workflow Bundle or individual guide and will be available for purchase separately.
6. Where can I find details about template updates?
You’ll find update details in the UPP Notice of Change section within your Mighty Networks account.
We clearly outline what has changed and what (if anything) needs to be updated in your customizable guides, so you can make quick adjustments without pulling a new template link.
You'll want to refer to this section often as it is the way we will notify you of any changes.
7. What format are the email templates in?
Our email templates are provided as template links.
- TravelJoy users: You’ll receive template links that can be added directly to your TravelJoy library.
- Tern users: We can drop the templates directly into your Tern account for you.
- Other CRMs: You can open the TravelJoy template link and copy and paste the content into your own CRM.
8. Do I need a Canva Pro account?
No. A Canva Pro account is not required. You can access and use these templates with a free Canva account.
9. Do the Workflow Bundles include ongoing training?
No. Workflow Bundles do not include ongoing training.
Monthly training calls are available separately through the UPP Monthly Membership.
